I decided to change up the recipe a bit. These are coconut-creme cherries dipped in white chocolate. I used organic unsweetened coconut rather than the sweetened angel flakes, and it's way better because it doesn't add more sugar, just flavor.
All of the white chocolate assortments have coconut flavored centers, while the chocolate ones (and traditional Idle Isles) are maple flavored. It's fun to make delectable treats like these! Jordan took the entire tin of Idle Isles with him to Seattle, so it looks like I'm going to have to make some more:)
